By purchasing from Dubai Royale, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payments

• All prices are in AUD

• Full payment is required before processing

• Orders may be cancelled due to errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud

• Confirmed orders may not be changed or cancelled

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates only

• We are not liable for courier delays

• Customers must provide accurate shipping details

• Responsibility transfers upon confirmed delivery

Product Care

Chocolate is heat-sensitive.

Customers must ensure prompt receipt and proper storage.

We are not responsible for damage after delivery.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are not provided.

We offer free replacements if:

• Products arrive melted

• Products are damaged or expired

• Packaging is compromised (express shipping covered)

Claims must be made within 48 hours with photo or video proof.

Allergens

Products may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. Customers consume at their own risk.

Wholesale Terms

• Available to approved retailers only

• Minimum order quantities apply

• Wholesale pricing is confidential

• Retailers must store products safely

• Wholesale orders are final and non-refundable

Distributor Terms

• Distribution rights are non-transferable

• Products must not be repackaged or relabelled

• Brand standards must be maintained

• Non-compliance may result in termination

Users interacting with us on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok must communicate respectfully.

We may remove inappropriate content and are not responsible for user-generated posts.

Liability
