However, we are committed to looking after our customers with fair replacement solutions.

Melted Products

If your Dubai Royale Chocolate Bars arrive melted due to transit conditions, we will gladly replace the product free of charge.

Damaged or Expired Products

If you receive items that are damaged or expired, we will provide a free replacement.

Packaging Issues

If your order arrives with packaging that is not intact or has been compromised during delivery, we will:

• Cover the cost of express postage

• Send you a replacement product at no extra charge

• Proof of issue is required (photo or video evidence)
