Heat-Sensitive Products

Our chocolate products are temperature-sensitive.

To help prevent melting:

• We recommend selecting Express shipping where possible

• Customers should ensure someone is available to receive the parcel

• Products should be stored in a cool, dry place immediately after delivery

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship Australia-wide.

For large wholesale or distributor orders, shipping arrangements may be scheduled separately.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not liable for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
